The Gems and/or Diamond’s report is issued as agreed upon to all our terms and conditions to check and verify the authenticity of the loose/set gem/s and/or Diamond/s submitted/entrusted to us.

KKG & TL has examined and tested the specimens based on our knowledge and experience along with the help of few Gemmological instruments. We have done only the common tests which are important.

This report does not specify the quality value or country of origin. This report does not pertain to any sort of treatment and/or enhancement on the gem/s and/or diamond/s. No guarantee or mention about durability and/or the consistency of colour of the said specimen.

The Clarity, Cut and Colour grading of diamond/s loose/set is based on the overall observations on an average basis and in studded jewellery as per the mountings permit. The summiteer and/or any respective buyer cannot regard or use this report as an appraisal, guarantee and/or warranty for any value.

The facts and findings on this day by the KKG & TL are mentioned on this report. In future if the same specimen is tested and/if any changes are observed either on specimen and/or to its properties, then our previous report will be treated as revoked and cancelled and it will not have any legal value.

KKG & TL is only responsible for any loose and damage till the fee of the testing is given after that no other claims will be done. This report loses its validity if any fraudulent change/s are made without our knowledge to the side/shown gems/diamonds loose and/or set and/or the report is tampered with in any manner after our observations are over.

No Complaints or claims can be entertained unless it is supported by minimum 2 reports of 2 different laboratories within 1 WEEK from the date of the issue of report.
